This home is meticulously crafted to age gracefully, adding a layer of warmth to the surrounding landscape through its sophisticated detailing and thoughtful material assembly. It features a robust hot-dipped galvanised steel structure, which is not only revealed but also articulated with finesse both on the exterior and interior, enhancing its refined aesthetic. This project was delivered in partnership with Touchstone Constructions.
The wet areas stand out, formed from large monolithic slabs of green granite, their richness further accentuated by bronze detailing and fixtures, creating a luxurious yet harmonious ambiance. Locally sourced solid ironbark timber is extensively utilised, cladding the exterior and lining all interior surfaces, contributing to the home’s organic feel and sustainability. Furthermore, the residence boasts large galvanised steel sliding doors with double glazing, ensuring ample natural light while maintaining energy efficiency. This project, complemented by professional project and site management services, represents a blend of durability, elegance, and environmental consciousness.
